Við undirrituð förum fram á:

  • að á landsvæði í Suður-Mjódd rísi eingöngu mannvirki sem tengjast íþróttum, útivist og grænum svæðum en ekki atvinnustarfsemi á borð við bílaumboð eða iðnað.
  • að borgarstjórn efni tafarlaust samning um íþróttamiðstöð ÍR dags 24. apríl 2008 og Reykjavíkurborg setji byggingu íþróttamiðstöðvar ÍR í Suður-Mjódd á fjárhagsáætlun 2017.

Við Breiðhyltingar erum orðin langþreytt á sviknum loforðum. Á 100 ára afmæli ÍR árið 2007 var félaginu lofað byggingu íþróttamiðstöðar ÍR á lóð félagsins í Suður-Mjódd gegn því að láta af hendi landsvæði sem búið er að selja undir íbúabyggð og hefja á því framkvæmdir.

Breiðholtið er fjölmennasta hverfi borgarinnar. Sýnum samstöðu kæru samborgarar og skrifum undir.

Breiðholt is the most populous neighborhood of Reykjavik, but promises about development for the local sport clubs are lacking behind other neighborhoods. We, the inhabitants of Breiðholt are tired of unfulfilled promises. On ÍR´s 100th Birthday, a promise was made to build the Sports Center on its land in South-Mjódd in exchance for land that was sold under residential development. We are still waiting for the construction to start.

We the undersigned:

  • Insist that any development in South-Mjódd will exclusivly focus on sports, outdoor activities and other recreational areas. We demand that this area will not be used for industrial development or business activities, including car dealerships.
  • Insist that Reykjavik City fulfills the contract on ÍR Sports Center between ÍR and Reykjavik municipality, dated 24th of April 2008, and that Reykjavik municipality includes the development of the ÍR Sport Center in their 2017 budget. Let’s stand together and sign the petition.

Breiðholt to najbardziej zaludniona dzielnica Reykjaviku,ale obiecuje rozwoj dla lokalnych klubow sportowych ktorych brakuje w innych dzielnicach.My mieszkancy Breiðholtu mamy dosyc niespelnionych obietnic!!!!! .Na 100 urodziny IR zostalo obiecane centrum sportowe ,ktore mialo byc zbudowane na Mjódd ,ale ziemia przeznaczona na Centrum zostala sprzedana pod zabudowe mieszkaniowa.Wciaz czekamy na zaczecie budowy !!!!!!!

  • Domagamy sie ze obszar ten nie bedzie wykorzystywany do przemyslowej dzialalnosci.
  • Domagamy sie ze obszar ten bedzie przeznaczony pod tereny rekreacyjne ,zajecia sportowe na siezym powietrzu. Miasto Reykjavik realizuje kontrakt na Centrum Sportowe IR w Reykjaviku z dnia 24 kwietnia 2008 roku .Gmina obejmuje rozwoj Sport Center IR w swoim budzecie 2017r .STANMY RAZEM I PODPISZMY PETYCJE .
